Advocating 4 Change

Research shows us that whilst you are visiting this website, the important funding plan of an individual with disability is unfortunately being reduced. The latest NDIS quarterly report shows the average funding plan size per participant has fallen by 4%.

This was the basis of our recent Advocate 4 Change appeal which raised $290,000. Thanks to your support, Bayley House will establish a new Advocacy Program that will support people with intellectual disability, and their families, to achieve support packages that reflect their needs and goals. This will be a new department within Bayley House which will work closely with our clients and families to prepare effectively for NDIS planning meetings and reviews. We will educate, empower and support families to do everything we can to stop these important plan reductions.
