This piece evolved over many weeks with contributions made day by day by each artist. It represents connection to place, people and nature but also the act of creating it connected its makers. Artists involved selected textiles, cut textiles and glued piece by piece to create this textured collage. Different artists enjoyed different sections of it for example the bus, or particular animals or the person in the door way and each artist enjoyed different elements of creating it such as cutting, selecting colours or gluing and arranging textile pieces. Whilst being made the piece was hung on a wall in their space and each day artists would add more and more pieces until it was complete.
