The stretched out reaching hands toward the coffee cup is symbolic of the small joys which Louise enjoyed with her mother during Covid Lockdowns. The representation of a heavenly brew and hands almost in reach is the longing Louise feels for moments when she can sit and enjoy a cuppa with friends or families. Louise has enjoyed working with acrylics and experimented with sponging paint for the first time.
