Welcome to our new CEO

We’d like to say a warm welcome to our new CEO, Warwick Cavanagh. Warwick brings to Bayley House a wealth of experience, gained over more than twenty years working closely with dedicated support teams of skilled personnel, people with intellectual disability and their families and carers.

Warwick has worked in the disability sector most of his life and is well known for his strong advocacy for people with disabilities and their families. He has championed the establishment and development of the NDIS and remains optimistic that people with disabilities will benefit from this social revolution whilst recognising that the implementation has been less than ideal.

Warwick was CEO of MOIRA for many years and more recently worked with the Brotherhood of St Laurence in the roll out of Local Area Co-ordination (LAC). Warwick is an elected director of National Disability Services (NDS), Chair of Active Community Housing and a director of Haven: Home, Safe a leading Housing Association in Victoria.
