The Bayley Bushrangers: Reigning Cricket Champions!

What a weekend! The balmy summer evening in Melbourne provided the ultimate backdrop for what was to be the Bayley Bushrangers 26th win in a row. Yes, 26 wins across 26 years.
The Bushrangers burst onto the field with pure sporting prowess and the crowd went wild with support for our team. The take down of the Elsternwick Eels was a pure masterclass of raw skill and sheer determination. Fours and sixes were flying for the boundary, hat tricks were rolling in as the runs charged up the scoreboard.
Brilliant bowling was supported by the cool, calm and collected work of the fielders. With a team like this, it was no surprise that the Eels just couldn’t keep up with the Bushrangers’ unstoppable energy.

With all friendly rivalry aside, we would like to say a huge thank you to Cameron, John and the entire Elsternwick Cricket Club for hosting us! It was a wonderful evening of cricket, great talent, great company and great community spirit. Community and inclusion at its best.
