Bayley House would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which we operate and pay respect to their elders, past, present and emerging.

Bayley House acknowledge that this year the Board have agreed to award life membership to Rhonda Whitfield. Rhonda’s association with Bayley House commenced in April 2009 when she joined the Board. She was appointed Vice President in October 2011, appointed President and Board Chair from April 2015 until her resignation in March 2020. Rhonda was the first female President of Bayley House and brought professional skills and personal qualities which were of enormous value, in particular as Bayley House entered NDIS transition. Her support, commitment and contribution over the years has been nothing but extraordinary. Unfortunately, Rhonda is unable to join us this evening due to a prior commitment.

Bayley House also acknowledge that in 2020 three people were awarded life membership i.e. Laprini Dimitrakopoulos, Anne Watkins and Lesley Swallow in recognition and acknowledgement of their tremendous support of Bayley House. Due to COVID there was no AGM in 2020 so the Board would like to take this opportunity to publicly acknowledge these awards from last year.
