BlueCHP, is one of Australia’s most trusted not-for-profit community housing providers, and are committed to creating Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) that feels like home – now and into the future. Through this collaboration, Bayley House provides the trusted daily care and support (SIL) you know and expect, while BlueCHP delivers the purpose built, modern SDA home.

Each property is created with the people who will live there – and their families – through a co-design process tailored to individual needs. It is an important part of the process for the families to meet and get to know each other. If your family member is eligible for SDA under the NDIS, we will work closely with you to bring your ideal home to life.

This partnership began with a family information forum in March 2023. Since then, many families have started their forever home journey. We currently have three projects in the pipeline. One in Mentone and two in Parkdale. The projects are duplex style dwellings, housing between four and five people in each project. 

We are so excited for these families as they create lasting homes – places where independence is nurtured, friendships flourish, and support is always close at hand.
