General Manager Residential & Carer Support
GENERAL MANAGER RESIDENTIAL & CARER SUPPORT SERVICES (Re-advertised)
Bayley House is a well known Disability Service provider with residences in Bayside and Kingston. We are looking for a dedicated, experienced and knowledgeable General Manager to strengthen and further develop our residential, respite and recreation services.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Disability Act 2006 and bring significant experience in the management of services that genuinely respond to the individual needs of each person and their family. Competency in quality frameworks, including personal outcome measures, will be important. Demonstrable experience in, and commitment to, effective staff leadership and support, including sensitive change management, is essential.
The person we are seeking will need to attend services and support staff during those times of greatest activity including evenings and weekends. There are on-call responsibilities as support to staff is essential. In return, we offer flexible work arrangements that respect the need for work life balance.
