Run Melbourne raises over $8500

On Sunday July 17 31 people who attend Bayley House participated in the 5km walk as part of the Run Melbourne event. Known as The Bayley Beat team, they were supported by 15 staff and family members.
Looking resplendent in blue shirts the team joined nearly 20,000 other people to walk around the Botanical Gardens and Birrarung Marr. As part of their involvement in Run Melbourne each member of The Bayley Beat team and their families took time out to raise funds that will be used to purchase new gymnasium & fitness equipment.
Everyone did a great job and we raised just over $10,100 surpassing our target of $10,000. A fantastic effort.
